Barbeques Galore has been supplying Australians with high-quality barbeques and expert advice since 1977. With more than 80 stores throughout the country, Barbeques Galore needed to launch their new Magento Enterprise website within a tight deadline and ensure the project came in on budget.

With their strong track record in leading successful projects with other major Australian retailers, it works were engaged to provide expertise, collateral and project governance. This enabled the Barbeques Galore digital team to meet their strict time, cost and quality objectives.

The Solution
