Chairing the weekly team meetings, it works were able to identify any risks to the project early to alleviate any overuns. it works identified actions and decisions on both client and agency sides, to fast track execution and provide accountability.
Particular attention was paid to the budgets at each meeting to detail any changes and prevent over spending.
Managing the User Acceptance Testing was a key part of launching on time. A comprehensive set of tests were established and executed across devices and systems.
