Pillow Talk is 100% Australian owned and operated and one of the largest home linens specialists in Australia. With 50 stores around the country the brand needed to optimise their multi-channel strategy to establish their online channel as a market leader.

To understand the potential of the online retail opportunity, it works delivered a set of “what if’s” by way of data driven forecasting. Identifying a number of key areas of focus led to the development of a strategic roadmap with key KPI’s identified and prioritised for development.
